Manny indeed was challenged by Drake's impersonation of him while singing the hit song from Disney's 'Frozen', that he made his own cover of it during his stay in the US. Watch!
Drake impersonated Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao singing Frozen's Let It Go and as a fellow Filipino myself, I thought it was hilarious. Drake does a better Filipino accent than I can. Manny might not be the greatest singer, but as the pride of the Philippines, he's the best. Kudos to Drake for the video. Salamat Drake, nakakatawa. (Thanks Drake, that was funny.)
There's nothing wrong with being Bisaya or speaking Filipino. They're not mocking your accent but rather they're making fun of the fact that Manny's a boxer and he tries to sing. Now that's legit funny.
I don't think this is something to be angry about, for me it looks funny, that drake motherfucker just speak in filipino accent, not pacquiao. so mga putanginang pinoy, mag hunos dili kyo, and I aint a drake fan either. but this is just fine, i guess, pacquiao would just laugh at this shit, he ain't giving any single fuck. Why? because
Pacquiao is Pacquiao.
What about comedians who makes fun of Filipinos? Do you feel the same way? Drake respects Filipinos. Hangs around Filipinos and treats us like family, spends christmas eve with us so just like what Jersey Sarmiento said, stop being a sensitive person and lighten up! Drake did it all in good fun.
