About the life of Miss Bea Rose Monterde Santiago. Santiago (born in Cataingan, Masbate) is a Filipino beauty titleholder and fashion model who is the current Binibining Pilipinas-International 2013. Prior to her win at Binibining Pilipinas, she was a contender in Mutya ng Pilipinas 2011 representing Filipino Community of Canada. She is a former fashion model for Elite Model Management prior to joining Binibining Pilipinas 2013. Santiago was born in Cataingan, Masbate in Bicol and was raised by her grandparents. She's the eldest of three children. At 15, she and her family moved to Canada where she became a model and was the only Filipino to be signed under Elite Management. Santiago won Binibining Pilipinas-International title and Binibing Avon and crowned by the Binibining Pilipinas-International 2012, Nicole Schmitz at a pageant held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on April 14, 2013. She was crowned along with Miss Universe Philippines, Ariella Arida; Binibining Pilipinas-Tourism, Joanna Cindy Miranda; Miss Supranational Philippines, Mutya Johanna Datul; and Runner-up Pia Wurtzbach.Twenty-two year old Bea Rose Santiago from Masbate will represent the country at the 2013 Miss International beauty pageant after she was named Binibining Pilipinas-International 2013 during the Binibining Pilipinas coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum on April 14, 2013.
