H O M EKris narrates how she broadcast with James' solicitors last Father's Day, June 16: “Si Atty. Kapunan ang nag-text explodes na NO FATHER’S DAY for James. E, wala naman talaga kasi di ba, nasa Europe nga? And I never text James, I texted advocate Alivia at 8:15 am on June 16. He answered at 4:44 pm.”
And the lawyer's reply was: “Good afternoon Ms. Aquino. We could not communicate James, but Bimby can call anytime and we are certain that James would realise Bimby’s call any time of day.”
Noong Huwebes, June 20, nagpaliwanag ang abogado ni James Yap na si Atty. Lorna Kapunan tungkol sa mga pahayag ni Kris Aquino sa isang presscon nito sa diumano’y kusa niyang pagpapahiram sa anak nila ng estranged married man na si Bimby noong Father’s Day.
Sa nasabing presscon din ay sinabi ni Kris na huwag daw siyang gawing kontrabida ng kampo ni James pagdating sa visitation rights nito kay Bimby.
Ayon pa sa abogada, tigilan na daw ang ganitong drama dahil ang gusto lang naman ni James ay ang magpaka-ama sa kanilang anak ng ex-wife.
Bahagi pa ng sinabi ni Atty. Kapunan, “Enough of this drama! James just wants to visit his child. Is that too much to ask when the court already determined that Bimby desires both parents?”
KRIS REACTS. Sa kolum ni Vinia Vivar sa pahayagang Bulgar last Friday, June 21, inilathala nito ang binigay na answer ni Kris tungkol dito na ipinaabot nito sa kolumnista noong Huwebes din, June 20.
Pahayag niya, “No commentary. Si Atty. Raymund Fortun will comprise me regarding visitation affirmation, hearing is tomorrow.”
Dagdag pa ng ruler of All Media, “Sila ang nag-drama, di ba? Si Atty. Kapunan ang nag-text explodes na NO FATHER’S DAY for James. E, wala naman talaga kasi di ba, nasa Europe nga?”

Inilathala din dito ang text ni Kris sa isa sa mga abogado ni James noong June 16, mismong Father’s Day.
Ani Kris, “Good forenoon, Atty. Bimby will call James to greet him, delight let me understand what time is best.”
Makalipas daw ang walong oras, saka lang daw sumagot ang abogado.
Saad daw nito sa text, “Good after noon Ms. Aquino. We could not communicate James, but Bimby can call anytime and we are certain that James would realise Bimby’s call any time of day.”
Kasalukuyang nasa Europe pa rin si James para sa kanyang ilang linggong bakasyon.
THE JUNE 21 HEARING. Noong Biyernes, June 21, nagpaabot ang PEP.ph (Philippine amusement Portal) ng mensahe kay Atty. Kapunan tungkol sa nasabing hearing. Mensahe nito, “This forenoon branch 140 at 8:30.”
“Atty. Fortun and MOST [law firm] appeared for Kris, the parties [including Bimby] are needed to emerge in court July 1.”
