H O M EThe bivouac of James Yap has inquired Kris Aquino to halt her so-called drama after the television owner went on record two days before that she did did her part in letting their child, James “Bimby” Yap Jr., spend Father's Day with him.
In a declaration dispatched to amusement website Pep.ph on Thursday, Yap’s lawful counsel, Lorna Kapunan, said they can verify that Aquino vowed that “she will make it difficult for James to visit Bimby.”
"Kris and/or her solicitors' activities are not reliable with good faith. We have text notes from Kris showing she will make it tough for James to visit Bimby, and that James should document a shift to amend the visitation order for him to visit Bimby,” she said.
According to Kapunan, Aquino’s solicitors even expressed that “they will question the order of the court rejecting [Permanent defence Order] over Bimby and have asked to glimpse the report of the psychiatrist/sociologist.”
“We don’t understand if Kris sent James a text understanding that he is out of the country—unless she wants to afresh construct a case afreshst James alleging that he has neglected his obligations as a father,” Kapunan said.
Yap is actually in Europe, as seen in his latest mails on the image-sharing location Instagram.
Saying Aquino should halt this so-called drama, Kapunan asserted that the 31-year-old cager only likes to be with his child.
“Is that too much to ask—when the court already determined that Bimby desires both parents,” she said.
On Tuesday, Aquino smashed her silence for the first time since the Makati local Trial Court denied her apply for a PPO against Yap in behalf of their son last May 21.
According to Aquino, she sent a text note to Yap’s lawyers at 8 a.m., but didn’t get a answer until 4:45 p.m.
"Sinabi sa akin na sorry 'di daw nila makontak si Mr. Yap pero subukan ko na lang daw tumawag. Honestly, huwag naman akong gawing kontrabida kasi I did my share at 8 in the morning,” she said during a press seminar of the Singapore Tourism Board.
“At kung talagang atat ka sa anak mo, hindi ba eh 4:45 p.m. ako ni-reply-an at nandoon ‘yon sa cellphone? I don’t understand kung nasaan. ‘Yon lang. Let the detail talk for itself. Huwag niyong sabihin na pinagkakait ko kasi wala akong ever ipinagkait sa dalawa,” she worried.
Aquino also clarified that the court has yet to give her ex-husband visitation rights to their child.
“No, they didn’t give him visitation rights,” she said.
