FLIPTOP Lines Battle!


The FLIPTOP Lines Battle means the First Filipino Rap Battle League, which was the use of words rhyming together, with tones and tempo made through rap. It is also a modern balagtasan style rap by both Fliptop camp. Flip Top is the Philippines premium rap battle as underground and for professional and amateur rappers. FlipTop is sometimes described as a modern day Balagtasan, where two rappers are pitted against each other in a battle of a capella rap. The FlipTop Battles mainly used of Filipino lyrics, some added English into it, and less in Bisaya lines particularly by FlipTop rappers is Marlon Peroramas known for Loonie. FlipTop Lines Freestyle has gone through popularity to the Filipino people since at the start of 2010. Some of these Pinoys who made contributions and popularize Fliptop were Lonnie, Abra, Zaito, Dello, and many Filipino FlipToppers out there.
